Our certified hospice nurses are focused on main this difficult time as comfortable as possible for both the patient and their loved ones. We also believe in the utilization of a variety of therapies to the needs of each individual patient.
This includes the incorporation of pain management therapies including alternative therapies: Music aromatherapy and homeopathy.
In addition, our volunteer and bereavement programs offer extra comfort and support for the family of hospice patients throughout illness and for 13 months after the death of a loved one.
We have proven experience in providing quality hospice care with excellent clinical outcomes.

The Medicare Hospice benefit covers all services, medications, supplies, and equipment related to the terminal illness. Other insurances may offer some coverage for Hospice, but many not cover the entire cost.

WHO CAN REFER?

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Anyone can request Hospice services with a Physician’s order and verification that there is an illness with a life-limiting prognosis. Care is available for patients with a prognosis of six months or less, such as patients with Terminal Cancer, end-stage Heart Disease, ALS, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Renal Failure, AIDS, and Dementia.

We provide Medications, Durable Medical Equipment, Medical Supplies, and Ambulance Services.
